Shipping Policies

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.

Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our facility, and you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.

Package Protection

All packages are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
